The scope of work involved designing a high-rise residential building in downtown Calgary. My responsibilities spanned from the schematic design phase through contract administration, including developing design concepts for lobbies, common areas, and amenity spaces.
I produced detailed drawings for tender and construction sets, reviewed millwork and finishes shop drawings during the contract administration phase, and collaborated with renderers to create visuals for marketing purposes. I guided rendering decisions, ensuring the design features and finishes were accurately represented to showcase the building effectively for promotional use.
