The project involved designing four residential towers, including office spaces, a presentation center, and three distinct display suites as part of a high-rise development in Richmond. The scope emphasized integrating architectural elements from the base building into the interiors, ensuring a cohesive and seamless design flow from exterior to interior.
I developed design concept packages for the residential towers' common areas, including lobbies, amenity spaces, corridors, and suite designs, managing the process from concept through contract administration. My responsibilities included issuing pricing and construction sets, reviewing shop drawings for approval, and collaborating with architects, electrical, and mechanical consultants to ensure design intent and coordination were maintained throughout the project.
