The project involved designing a low-rise residential building in North Vancouver, featuring an on-site two-bedroom display suite completed after the building's construction. The display suite was crafted to highlight the building's aesthetic and appeal to potential buyers with an elegant, sophisticated, and timeless design.
My role encompassed designing the base building and developing a concept tailored to the provided sophisticated profile. I procured furniture, designed custom millwork, and prepared the project budget. I also coordinated the scheduling and installation of millwork, wallpaper, and furniture. Working with the client’s original artwork and collaborating with the merchandising team, I directed the accessorizing process to deliver a beautifully styled and cohesive two-bedroom display suite.
