The project involved designing a presentation center and three distinct display suites as part of a high-rise development in Richmond, including four residential towers and office spaces. The scope focused on integrating architectural elements from the base building into the display suites and presentation center to create a cohesive and luxurious design. This project was recognized with the prestigious IDI Award of Excellence in Interior Design.
I developed design concept packages for the presentation center, collaborating closely with the graphic designer to seamlessly integrate architectural elements into the interiors and graphic displays. My responsibilities included space planning for the presentation center, selecting materials, designing custom millwork, and procuring furniture. I also prepared detailed millwork elevations, conducted site visits, and worked with site contractors to refine ceiling designs and ensure attention to detail in every corner of the project.
