The scope of work involved designing a low-rise residential building, a presentation center, and a display suite. I developed design concept packages for the building's common areas, including lobbies, amenity spaces, corridors, and suite designs, overseeing the process from concept through contract administration.
My responsibilities included issuing pricing and construction sets, reviewing shop drawings for approval, and collaborating with architects, electrical, and mechanical consultants to ensure design intent and seamless coordination. Additionally, I conducted site visits and reported deficiencies to maintain the highest standards of quality and execution throughout the project.
