The scope of work involved designing and setting up two on-site town home display suites based on marketing-provided profiles. My role included directing the procurement process for furniture and décor, creating detailed floor plans to ensure optimal flow and aesthetics, and overseeing the seamless on-site setup. I managed a team, collaborated with the site team to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery, partnered with an artwork company to integrate custom pieces, and meticulously styled the spaces to elevate their visual appeal and functionality.
