The project involved designing a presentation center and three distinct display suites as part of a high-rise development in Richmond, comprising four residential towers and office spaces. The scope included incorporating architectural elements from the base building into the display suites and presentation center, creating a cohesive and luxurious design. Each display suite reflected a unique profile, requiring tailored design concepts to align with high-end luxury standards.
I developed design concept packages for each display suite, integrating architectural elements into the interiors. My responsibilities included selecting materials for the base building, designing custom millwork, and creating detailed space plans and furniture layouts for various unit types. I prepared custom millwork elevations, collaborated with artwork and merchandising teams to accessorize the spaces, and ensured the suites embodied the luxurious profiles through meticulous attention to detail and high-quality finishes
